EXHIBITION INTRODUCTION

This exhibition constitutes a progressive journey through technological art, guiding visitors through three interconnected physical and sensory spaces.

The journey begins on G/F's Panel Zone Signal Atlas: Prologues to Algorithmic Worlds. Interaction here feels like a gentle touch on the water’s surface, sending ripples of curiosity across your mind. It invites you—through fingertips and gaze—to open the first gateway to technology art. Here, through relaxed and friendly interactive installations and cross-media narratives, everyone is encouraged to touch, engage, and awaken their curiosity, serving as a vibrant entry point into the exhibition.

Upon entering Gallery 119’s Installation Zone Symbiosis Grounds: Reprogramming Bodies, Tasks and Traditions, the body becomes a probe, VR a periscope, and data an undercurrent. The space shifts towards immersion and introspection, guiding visitors through VR, bio-signal interactions, and sensing devices to confront the costs of data-driven existence, reshape the boundary of senses, and contemplate how cultural memory can be reactivated in a dialogue between tradition and technology.

Finally, entering Room 207's Screening Zone Constellation of Images: Algorithmic Archaeology, Post-human Perception and Virtual Psyche, projections drift like streams of thought, while AI narratives unfold like dreams. In the darkness of contemplation, layered projections and AI micro-films weave an enveloping audiovisual realm, inviting visitors to linger, gaze, and resonate, completing a full journey from bodily engagement to emotional sedimentation.

Together, the three exhibition zones constitute an immersive and reflective experience, moving from interaction to contemplation, from the body to the image, inviting all to explore how technology reshapes our perception, memory, and connection.
